BBI Strength Guide
This program is designed to supplement your usual training and includes all the strength and accessory work.
- Each session will be 20-40 minutes long x 5 days per week and will include a variety of:
- Weightlifting (all variations of snatch and C&J)
- Powerlifting (Squats, deadlifts, pressing)
- Strongman (Sleds, famers walk, DBs, KBs)
- Explosive power movements Daily accessory sets
- This is an e-book; therefore, it can be easily downloaded to your phone or any device and taken wherever you go!
